Hello, I made a reservation as a non-member.

I also received a ticket. I am sending it as an attachment.

But I received a text message to cancel the payment approval.

I didn't put in a request for cancellation.

Is there a problem with my ticket?

And can I use the ticket?

Please check as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Hi @GS2

Please, never post personal data such as ticket numbers and customer numbers on a publicly accessible website. This can lead to ticket fraud!

It is clearly stated when composing a new question: please don’t post any personal data (names, addresses, e-mail, credit card numbers, ticket order no. etc.).

We cannot help you here, please kindly contact the SBB Contact Center: Tel. +41 848 44 66 88 or +41 51 225 78 00.

Regards,
Roland
