Payment did not went through. I recieve a message error

Hello. I am Rodrigo (redacted by SBB admin) and I am trying to buy the Half Fare Card for October. When I pay I receive a message error: "The payment could not be finalized. Please check your card details." (card is ok, I checked with the bank). 

Can anyone help me?

Hello @rodomape 

I recommend you to delete the stored payment method and then add it again. If this doesn't work, try the purchase with another means of payment.

You have several payment options.

Alternatively, you can buy your Half-Fare Card directly at a staffed SBB counter.
