Paid for one purchase twice, how do I get my money back?

Dear community members,

Nice to e-meet you here! I was trying to buy a half fare card, but I got some trouble whey I tried to pay. The SBB website said payment error and asked me to pay again, so I paid again. It said error again. But my bank statement says there are two pending payments going to SBB! Don't know how to get at least one back.

If the payment failed, the purchase failed. The amount on your credit card has been reserved only and will again be released in the next hours.
