Online ticketing

SOLVED

I bought two tickets for travel between Zermatt and Geneva airport on 15 July 2023. I entered my name in the online form and then my wife's name, but when I printed the tickets I notice that both tickets are in my wife's name and none in mine. What is the solution?

They happen to be supersaver tickets, and these can't be cancelled without incurring a financial penalty. I am reluctant to pay to correct an error that was not my error. I have emailed customer services, but have had no reply. I can phone, but have to pay to do this.

Hello @Jimcoleman

Thank you for your message.

If you have received 2 separate tickets you can purchase 1 new ticket with the correct name and request a refund online for the incorrectly purchased one: https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation/ticket-refunds.html

I wish you a good day.

Kind regards,
