I took the return train from Flumserberg 16:25 to zurich HB.  
I did not know that I need the half fare card as physically. The swisspass did not send to me yet and any temporarly QR neither ; I guess this is some error. So I got ticket. This is not a problem since it is solved and I do not care the fine money. But the inspector just screamed me and do not listen me and just scream like “show me your credit card!!! Write your birth day!!! “ and this is totally not normal situation and I do not deserve to get some stupid screams from the ticket inspector. You should teach him n train him to let him know how to care the customer. You can even check from cctv. If you do not proceed any further, I will inform or report at least to the embassy or police. There were ao many people told me he is crazy.

In addition, kindly check the form you have received. On it is the train number mentioned. I guess your train was operated by SOB, not SBB.
