Need an update for lost luggage

Hi there ! 

My name is Gautam from India. I forgot my backpack on the train IC 716 (12:02) from Zurich to Bern on the 13th of Sept. I then registered the lost luggage compliant online (K2019/131742). I'm urgently waiting for an update, as I leave for Zurich on the 17th & back to India on the 18th. Pl let me know the current status of my missing luggage.
