Message from SBB LOST and FOUND

Dear team, I got a message from Lost and Found team that my mobile is found. I have chosen Zurich as collection point however I am not resident of Switzerland and came for touri and going back to Ireland. I would like to change the collection method from Zurich to shipment to Ireland. I see there was an option while I was filing my report, but looks like it is not allowing me to change. Can you please help me to change the collection method ?
