Hello guys,
I had an SBB TicketShop account and was asked to merge it with a new SwissPass one.
I thought I did it, but I recently realized that my old SBB account is still active and separated from the new SwissPass!
If I login into the SBB TicketShop account and I click "Link with SwissPass account", I get the error in the pic.
Please someone help! I want to get rid of this confusing situation.
