Merging Swisspass and TicketShop accounts

Hello guys,

I had an SBB TicketShop account and was asked to merge it with a new SwissPass one.

I thought I did it, but I recently realized that my old SBB account is still active and separated from the new SwissPass!

If I login into the SBB TicketShop account and I click "Link with SwissPass account", I get the error in the pic.

Please someone help! I want to get rid of this confusing situation.

Unfortunately, this problem is not known to me. I recommend you to contact our online support and to describe your request in detail: ticketshop@sbb.ch or by tel. +41 848 030 030  (Mo-Fr 09.00-18.00 & Sa-So 09.00 – 12.00 & 13.30-16.30).
