Hello @CW

Thank you for your request.

The SBB form for lost objects is available directly online. It cannot be downloaded and is not linked to the Police.

If you need proof that this form has been registered with SBB, you only need to submit the confirmation received by e-mail once the form has been registered.

We wish you a nice day.

Best regards,
JulieL

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question. Which refund is involved?

Hi @CW

Thank you for the information.

We offer no compensation for luggage stolen from the train. If you send luggage through us, there is insurance against loss, but this is not the case with you.
