Luggage pick up at door

Hi there . I have paid and organised for my luggage to be picked up at where I am staying in St moritz , and to be taken to Zurich airport for me to fly the following evening . 

I hvae had 2 email reminders that I will have a forwarder ring and give a me a time frame of when they will pick it up . However I have had no phone call at all .... 

Will my luggage get picked up ? or do I now have to organise anoter way for it to travel to the airport ?!!
