With more than 10 pax, you count as a group. Therefore, there is a group luggage transfare sameday available, see https://www.sbb.ch/en/station-services/before-your-journey/luggage/group-luggage/group-luggage-door-...
Unfortunately, you have to have a group ticket to use the customized sameday group luggage service. In this case, I recommend you to contact the SBB Contact Center to discuss this issue with a service agent: Tel. +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) (available 24/7, sometimes you may be required to wait)
