Lost phone on I75 train

Hello 

Today at morning I was traveling from Zurich to Zug with I75 train and I forgot my phone in the train.

I fill the form for lost items K2022/101822, is there any way to contact the Train Station in Luzern because I located the phone and I saw that phone is on Bahnnof Station in Luzern.

Unfortunately, there is no contact number of the switch for customers.
You will normally receive a notification about the status of your loss report after 4 and 10 days via SMS, email or letter.
But you have the possibility to contact our customer service hotline at +41848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min). Our customer advisors can then clarify this for you.
