Lost orange duffel (Zürich - Basel)?

I left my orange duffel bag on the IR 36 1978 Zürich-Basel on Sunday night at 17.00. I disembarked in Baden and phoned the SBB 5 minutes later but no one would help me by phoning the train or end station. This bag has many sport items I am in need of and I don't know who to talk to about following up or checking directly with a station.

Thank you for your request.

We find 300-400 lost items every day. It takes 3-4 days to register them in our system and compared to the lost reports. As soon as we have something new, we will inform you. You can also ask the Railservice if something was found: +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min).
