I was travelling in Voralpen Express from luzern to St.Gallen. My ring accidentally fell in toilet seat, can anyone help me how to get back my ring. We have informed Ticket checking crew about this, he said that he will raise a complaint regarding lost ring. Will it be possible to recover my ring from waste disposal collection tank

Hi @Sayyad

This is very unfortunate. Even though the train conductors said they will file a case, please immediately fill in this lost property report: Lost and found service (sbb.ch)

Note: the train is operated by SOB railways. Their Lost & Found service is run by SBB on behalf of SOB; get in touch with SOB using this form and explain them once more what happened by also adding the lost property report ID: Kontakt Schweizerische Südostbahn AG - SOB Südostbahn.

The sooner they are aware of the case the better! In order to get your ring back, special efforts have to be taken, if possible at all. There is no guarantee that you will get your ring back but worth a try.

Best regards,
Roland
