Lost my Bagggage

I Am Vedika Pawar,

I was traveling on 27th May from Montreux Station to Geneva Gare.

 

I had kept my luggage in the storage area and when I came to pick my luggage at Geneva station my bag was not there.

 

I really feel so helpless as it has all my clothes.

it was one sky bags and one handbag on top.

Can someone help me??

Hi Nicolas,

i have made an online complaint.

K2019-072536 complain no.

Its been 3 days and there is a no response. Switzerland gets millions of tourist from India every year. If that's how unsafe your trains are and slow your lost as found system is I better warn everyone!

Can you Imagine being on a trip with out your belongings!!! It's being on a trip without even a backpack!
