I was travelling on 2.10.2019 from Hardbrucke to Kloten in S7 between 12:21-12:36 and lost laptop in the train.
It was a brown leather bag with a Dell laptop and a headphone inside.
I called immediately to 6688 ph no and they adviced me to check at Winterthur since Winterthur is the final stop for S7 in this route.
I reached Winterthur and checked with SBB enquiry at 13:40 and they could not inform anything.
On platform 7 ( where S7 stops at Winterthur) , I spoke with the cleaners and they mentioned they did not clean the train I lost my bag, since they were in lunch break.
Further SBB personals in Winterthur checked with Rapperswil ( other terminal station for S7) if they could locate. Until evening , I had no info of my laptop.
In between I logged report and references are - V2019/014534 ( reported on phone but no confirmation sms received) and K2019/143420 ( reported online).
Could you please provide info how can I track it further. It is really urgent.
