Lost item found but I am abroad

Hi there,

My lost and found reference number is  K2018/058756 . I got a text message that my bag is found yesterday,  at the time when I filled the form I wrote the pickup point as Zurich Airport. I already left the country so I'm in London now, which is my current address in the form. 

Is there any chance I can get my rucksack delievered to my current address which I already put in my form? I tried to call but the connection was not good. I would be happy if you can give me email about the detailed handling process & fee to abroad. Thank you!

I checked your lost and found report, in fact your bag was found. I have changed the delivery address.
In the next days, you will receive an email with additional information regarding delivery in London.
