I have received email that my lost item has been found and can be retrieved at the station of Zürich Flughafen. Unfortunately I have already left Switzerland. Can a Colleague who will be visiting Zurich next week pick up the item instead?
Please let me know how to contact you in that situation. I tried calling +41 900 300 300 but it doesn't work when I try to call from my country.
