I lost a backpack and reported it to SBB and got a response that it was found. Unfortunately, I already left the country so I could not pick it up at Zurich airport . I updated my loss report to have it shipped to my country but got no response yet. It’s been 5 days now since I updated the loss report. I tried to call from my country but unsuccessful. Should I wait longer for response or should I contact them by e-mail? Not sure about e-mail address. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I tried to call that number but unable. I am calling from the USA.
