Lost backpack

I lost my black backpack on the last train from Brig to Lausanne on Wednesday the 7th of October (20:57 from Brig, 22:39 arrived in Lausanne).

I have already filed a report through SBB Lost and Found but I have not received any updates yet. My reference number is K2020/108654.

Could you please advice me on what I can do or whether you have found something that matches the description on record. The bag is extremely important to me as it contained, among others, all my important documents (IDs, Driving's license), credit card and my house key.

I have been waiting for an update and I checked on Thursday and Friday morning at Lausanne station with no luck.
