Lost and found - iphone 7 zed back

Hello SBB team,

Could you please share any information you may have got about my wife's iphone that got lost in the train from Zurich airport to luzern ( 8:15 AM) on 1st of November 2019. I have reported to the SBB service center paying 50CHF but have not receive and information yet. Artikel-nr 11148.

More info - Iphone 7 (zed black) with Flip brown leather case with a short hanger and design.
