Lost and Found (wallet)

I lost my wallet on train and submitted online report. I received mail confirming that wallet is found and I can collect it from Interlaken. But I have returned back to UK. Unfortunately, I am not able to contact +41900300300 to inform my situation to SBB. It seems this number is not accepting calls outside Switzerland. Can you please guide me if there is any other way to contact SBB in this regard?
