Lost & Found Green card

I misplace by Green card at the ticket counter in Zurich station on Friday (4th Oct) and the employee at the counter said they gave it to the Lost & found counter at the station. But I was not able to find it there next day and was told that it is likely sent to the Central Bern lost & found office.

I raised a request online as mentioned on the website. But its been 4 days and I didnt get any response or notification on the item. How long does it take to track these Ids? Is there any way to escalate or prioritize the search. My travel is in two days and not sure if I will find the green card on time.

All suggestions are welcome...

I kindly ask you to call our RailService under +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min). Please tell them the reference number of your report of loss and they’ll be happy to assist you.

Tried that number multiple times but they don’t see any additional information. Anything else I can do ?

Loss record number is K2019/144755.

Went back to the Zurich station and had a conversation with the Lost & found manager. He indicated that there is no entry record of the Green card there but the employee told he gave it on 4th Oct. Looks like there is some gap in the process.

What should i do now?
