Lost a green American Tourister Backpack

I was on the Eurocity train from Zurich HB to Milano Centrale in the first class cabin (car 001, seat number 41 and 42). Train timing is 1110hrs from Zurich HB to Milano Centrale today 27 May 2019 (EC17 from Zurich HB to Milano Centrale).

I left my green color American Tourister backpack in the overhead storage area upon disembarking at Milano Centrale. There are 2 tags on the bag (one is a Singapore flag symbol). Both tags have my personal contact details. Please help to check if this baggage was picked up and returned to lost and found in SBB. My loss record K2019/072470 was recorded successfully.

I will be in Milan till 31 May 2019. I hope you can find it and have it transferred over to allow me to pick it up at Milano Centrale. Please help. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your request. I'm very sorry you forgot your bag pack.

We find 300-400 lost items every day. It takes 3-4 days to register them in our system and compared to the lost reports. As soon as we have something new, we will inform you by E-Mail.

Thank you for your reply. I hope your office can help locate as soon as possible as it seems fruitless at the Milano Centrale station when I approached the station police.
