I had a look in your lost report and unfortunately until now we haven't found something. You will receive an e-mail in the next 3 days and we can say if we found something or not.
At the moment our hotline works without problems and I don't know that it didn't work yesterday. It may be possible that your telephone provider has blocked the 0900 numbers because they are liable to pay a fee.
