Dear Concern,
On 9th Dec , from Interlaken OST station, my iphone + jet black in colour was stolen.The phone had a blue apple case ( only back ).My concerns are as below :
1 ) On your found items list , i can see a black Iphone with reference number F2017/117801 , so i think it can be the one which belongs to me ( if the culprit threw away the blue case ) , in that case its a black iphone
2 ) If in case you have 2 Iphone + with same colour , then how will you guys differentiate and pass it on to the right owner ?? Becuase in my case i have not updated the IMEI of the phone as i dont remember it .
3 ) Your contact number 900300300 is not accessible from anywhere, i tried from my italy number as well as from a UK number.
So contacting Lost and Found portal via email / phone is a real trouble here.
