Lost Cellphone

SGhose

Hello dear SBB Community,

I lost my cellphone in the tram (Tram Number 11 Direction Aesch Dorf, stopped at Basel SBB around 15:55) in Basel on Thursday. The loss was registered online at the Fundbüro website on the same day, no news since the confirmation email. Is there anything else I can do? It's an old device, of no interest to anybody but myself (contact list and photos).

Thank you for your feedback, really worried here.

Best wishes

Hello @SGhose

In case of a lost cell phone, it is usually advisable to add the SIM card number (identification number of the SIM card - available from the operator) or the IMEI number (identification number of the device - printed on the box in which the device was purchased). It will make it easier to identify your lost cell phone.

I wish you an excellent Sunday.

Hi @SGhose

You have to be patient, it may take some time for them to register found items.

I hope you will get it back soon.

Kind regards,

Roland
