Lost Canon Camera bag with Camera lens inside

I was on the way from Grindelwald to Kleine Scheidgg with a group "best of Switzerland". It was on 02.10.2018 at 11.55 a.m. train no : 455. I forgot the bag on the sit. But that was folding sit. So the bag was stuck between the sit. And while getting down I forgot to take it. The train also travels from Interlaken Ost - Grindelwald and Lautebrunnen.

I already registered a lost record and my loss record number is:  K2018/135619.

I am trying to contact the SBB office since then, but haven't received any reply yet. Can you please let me know the status of my record?
