Hello, my bag was found at spiez train station and they returned it to the lost and found. I have not received an email from the lost and found or an update on the status. I would like to begin the process of getting it shipped home. Anytime I try and call the help center is says my phone number is barred. Can I please be put in contact with someone to begin the process of getting my bag shipped. My loss report number is *** (SBB Admin: deleted. Reason: personal data in a public forum)
