Hello,
I lost my backpack yesterday at Olten station platform 8 around 12:20 am on June 28. It is a red and blue herschel blackpack. I already called and claimed the lost online. However, I still haven't recieved any message yet. If any one has seen the back pack left at Olten station please send the backpack to the lost and found counter. I will be more than thankful and appreciated for your help. My reference number is K2018/085515. And my email is vm3jp4rmp606@gmail.com

We balance our records daily of the found with the lost objects. In any case, after four and ten days you receive a search report either per SMS, e-mail or letter.
If you have questions about your lost property report please call the RailService +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min).

Hi Sandral,
I called Railway Police right after I left my backpack at Olten station, and what they responed to me was that they would let someone to check the platform 8 at Olten and deliverd it for me to Berne. The police offier told me to call the lost and found center next day. But I did not get any help from that.
However, that is not what I heard from the lost and found center at Berne. So I was like really confused who I should contact to. Do I go to railway police station to find my backpack or the lost and found center?
I will be more than appreciated for your help. The things in my backpack are really important for me.
