Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
I have annual seven25 travelcard valid after June 1. However, I just noticed that the seven25 will be replaced by Night GA. So is it possible to exchange annual seven25 to Night GA after June 1?
Hello @Xinyan
Not in every case.
Seven25 which were bought as part of a Black Friday Offer cannot be exchanged. Furthermore, seven25 with subscription start in June 2022, July 2022, or August 2022 are also excluded from an exchange.
Kindly seek a SBB Travel Center or call the SBB Contact center (0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min.)) to know if your seven25 can be exchanged. An exchange is not possible before May 2023; The GA Night is offered from 01 May 2023 only.
Best regards,
Roland

Hi @RolandP,
I'm trying ot buy the Night GA before my 25th birthday, like people recommended me to do.
However, when I go to purchase it online, there's a message saying the offer is not valid.
But when I go on the Seven25 webpage and try to buy that one, it says the offer is available.
Should I go to a ticket counter directly ?
Best regards,
Daniel Schulz
Hello @DaniDan55 ,

In this case i recommend you to call us: Tel. 0848 44 66 88(CHF 0.08/min.)(available 24/7, sometimes you may be required to wait)or stop by an SBB counter.
I wish you a nice week-end
Freindly Regards
Hello @DaniDan55
Kindly see a ticket counter, the change might be too complex for the system.
Kind regards,
Roland
