Hi,
I've bought a ticket online for my friend but wrote the wrong date of birth.Order number is 446992616. Can you cancel this ticket so that I can buy a new one with the correct birth date? or the date doesn't matter as long as the name is correct?

I am sorry but we can not cancel any tickets from the community.
I suggest you to contact our TicketShop Support 0848 44 66 88 (option 2) or ticketshop@sbb.ch regarding Online or Mobile Tickets.
