I have a non-member reservation, but I do not receive an email.

Hello, I am a non-member and have booked a train from Interlaken West to Milan Central at 11:34 on the 29th.

Payment was made, but no email was received. You may have entered your email incorrectly.

My email is (Redacted by SBB Admin. Reason: personal data), but I do not know the reservation number.

All I know is card authorization number, card payment completed, card number.

I paid around 9pm on the 28th.

What should I do?

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail (neither in your inbox, nor in your spam folder), the payment failed and the tickets were not issued. Credit card authorizations are not definitive debits, although they are displayed on the bank account. The authorizations are automatically released again. Once the amount has been released, it will no longer be visible on your bank statement. For this reason, we recommend that you always wait for the final bank statement.
