I don't have tickets, after paid

I selected and paid 2 Geneva-Lausanne tickets. They deducted money from the card, but I no tickets. What could be the problem?

I advise you to contact the Contact Center directly by phone on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) or by e-mail at ticketshop@sbb.ch They will be able to search with the e-mail address you used for the purchase.
