How to reach SBB via phone from US-based phone number

I am holding two very expensive first class "international" tickets purchased at www.sbb.ch  (Mittenwald to Wengen) I must now cancel and have these refunded but SBB site says I must talk to a live person to do so. I have tried 8 different SBB phone numbers that are identified as for callers from outside Switzerland. On all of these numbers I get a recording that says "The number you have dialed is not a working number". I sent an email to service@sbb.ch  and received an auto response "It is not possible for us to process your request in this way." and told me to call one of the (many) phone lines that don't work when calling from US. help!!!

Kim, did you manage to get a hold of SBB? That number Fatima gave does not work from US, and does not even appear to be a full number.

But it is not a UNITED STATES number
