How to collet Lost and Found

Hi

I lost my backpack with passports on train leave from Interlaken OST at 8:00 am to Spiez on 29 October 2022. My reference number is V2022/008283. I check my iPad, the last location is at one of SBB building near Polygonstrasse. Any recommendation how to collect my backpack and passports ?

Hello @Pakorn 

All items that we find or are given to us are sent to our lost and found center. As soon as your loss report is balanced, you will be informed by us. The pickup or shipment will be done according to your information in the loss report. If you have indicated that you want to pick it up at a counter, we will send it to the counter and inform you when it is ready for pickup. If you have specified shipping to an address, you will first receive an estimate by mail.
