How can I tell SBB Lost and Found team to not auction my phone till my friend picks it next month?

I lost my iPhone XS max(Chunky plastic Red case) in a Tram on Zurich.

My wife told me that SBB Lost and Found team contacted her and that the phone is safe with SBB Lost & Found office. They have given a reference number : (redacted by SBB admin). But I am unable to reach them via customer service number or through (redacted by SBB admin) email.

A friend of mine is coming to Zurich in last week of October and she will pick up phone. How can I notify SBB Lost and Found team to not auction my cell phone and to wait for my friend to pick up my phone on her visit to Zurich next month ?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards
