We purchased the "flight luggage" door to door. Now I'm wondering how we get the "green sleeve" that the documents I received go in for the transfer? I'm a little disappointed in the communication for this service. I had no problem filling out the necessary information on line and they had no problem charging my credit card. But trying to find out how to the green sleeve they say is a REQUIREMENT to use the service has been impossible. I tried calling and spent over an hour on hold. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
