I want to buy a half fare card and some train tickets, when I include my payment method with a visa card, it shows me a notice "my card details are incorrect" I check many times and they are correct, why is it, what solution is there?

There may be interruptions in the payment process. I recommend you to delete the browser history/cookies and try the purchase with the credit card again, if it is still valid.
