Expensive and overrated.

Train from Fribourg to Zurich at 7am in the past 6 months was delayed more than 3 times, train from Zurich to Geneva at 18:00 was alwaz full. The 2nd class monthly ticket is chf 340, not 34. It is super expensive but the service was not friendly and overrated.

I hope that SBB can look into giving few time access to 1st class for the GA ticket holders which would be useful during peak hour where there is no seat, no air conditioner etc. Pls keep the 2nd class seat clean like first class, we paid alot for 2nd class too.
