Error when booking ticket: "An error occurred while processing the enquiry"

Hello SBB,

I've been trying to buy tickets from Paris to Genéve for 25th June 2023. The website shows me the options and I can put my details in when purchasing the ticket but when it gets to the payment section, it keeps coming up with the error below:

"An error occurred while processing the enquiry."

Guidance regarding why this is happening (tried several times) and how can I purchase the train ticket will be appreciated.

Please delet the history of your internet browser before you try again.

I also recoment you to try to book your ticket with another browser or even on another device.
