Error Claims Reimbursement Request

Hello. I'm Chaewoo Lee. 

I booked a train ticket from Milano to Lugano on January 9, 2019.

 (OT 064909677 0461,  PNR : VX5ZFN   Order number : 130048540)
The credit card will be charged 57.07 USD on the February invoice.

However, I checked the bill last January because I thought I paid 34 CHF.
I checked my reservation and only one was one.
The reservation date was January 9, 2019, and the same day, it was an interlaken West train from Lucerne.
My reservation to Lugano is not checked.

I have a Swiss Pass, so I know I don't need book a train ticket in Swiss.
What I booked was obviously a train from Milan to Lugano.
I am in Korea now and my trip to Europe begins on April 30, 2019.
I don't know whose mistake it was, but I'd appreciate it if you could return the already settled 34 CHF.
