Do I need to book again?

hello. I booked a train from Interlaken West Station to Milan Central Station on 5 July 2023. That reservation was made on May 3, 2023.

But suddenly it was refunded on May 15, 2023. If so, do I need to book again? 

The order number is 141891849.

If the ticket has been refunded, it is no longer valid and you have to buy a new ticket.
