Delay and cancel the train

we need explanation why the train is cancelled or delayed very often lately? It is not acceptable at all. Because of this reason, we missed one funeral .....what a pity....who could compensate it ..... very very disappointed ......please tell me how you compensate with my lost? Time and money .....
