Hi, I need help. Can anyone advise how to get an official email from SBB that on the 4th of August the train service from Uerikon to Zurich Flughafen broke down and did not run for a couple of hours?
I have taken 18:49 train and then spend a couple of hours at the station waiting for the next service but they were continuously canceled.
All I need is confirmation of the 18:49 train breakdown and when (around 20:45-21:00) service has started running. Can you send me this info from SBB email to firstname.lastname@example.org asap, please?
p.s. I will try to call the number but every 2 days the line is busy...
