Confirm email of company

On 1 October 2019, I lost my backpack on train.I filed a notice online on 2 October 2019. I have just recieved the following email from urm.fundservice@sbb.ch on 8 January 2020 told me that they found my backpack and asking for my credit card+passport information. I would like to confirm that this is the correct email from your company and not a scam.
