I was traveling from Freiburg hbf to Zurich hb on 06.05.2023. The train got delayed and ended at Basel. So I had to face lot of inconvenience.
I have filled the form for compensation but as I’m an international tourist I don’t have IBAN number so how will I get the compensation?

For data protection reasons, we do not have information about our customers' orders via Community. So we can't give you any information.
If you bought the ticket in Switzerland (SBB), you can contact our customer service using the contact form. If you didn't buy the ticket at the sbb, you need to contact the department where you bought the tickets directly.
