Cannot use luggage timeframe calculator

Hi,

I have browsed through your webpages on SBB about the luggage station-to-station option, and I feel like I am lost in finding answers to my travel questions.  

I am often directed to the luggage timeframe calculator. However, when i input my From station ( Zurich Flughafen (SBB luggage counter)- assume that is Zurich airport?) and my To Station (Geneve-Aeroport (SBB luggage counter)), i constantly get this same error message (even if i change dates):

"It is not possible to register your luggage on the day you requested. It will not be possible until: Registration in Zürich Flughafen (SBB luggage counter) on Monday, 25.07.2022 by 19:00, ready for pick-up at Genève-Aéroport (SBB luggage counter) on Wednesday, 27.07.2022 from 09:00 as luggage with CHF12.00 per luggage item."

Would appreciate assistance you can provide on how to register luggage transfer from Zurich airport station to Geneva airport station, if the stations can do luggage transfer service, and what are their opening hours (for luggage transfer service).

Hello @tartar 

The option station to station is only availale at the counter, you cannot purchase this offer online. 

This means, as soon as you get to Zürich Airport, you can bring your luggage to the SBB luggage counter and purchase this offer. They wll send your luggage to Geneva Airport.
