Cancelling a bicycle reservation

How can I cancel a bicycle reservation and return the bicycle space so that it can be sold again? I have a reservation that I can no longer use. I don't want the 2 CHF back, I just want someone else to be able to use the place.

I don't know if it will be possible to free the place, it depends on the day of the trip. For more information, i advise you to contact our hotline directly at +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08) or from abroad at +41 51 225 78 00.
For data protection reasons, we do not have information about our customers' orders via Community.
